5. Dermalife.com reserve the right to accept, refuse or cancel any Distributorship for any reason it deems fit.
6. It is the responsibility of each Distributor to purchase and supply Dermalife.com products in accordance with, and abiding by, Local, State and Government laws, as is in force in their Country.
7. The supply of Dermalife.com products to third parties is the sole responsibility of Distributors. Dermalife.com are not legally or otherwise responsible for any actions or lack of them, by any Distributor, resulting from the use or sale of Dermalife.com products.
8. By applying to become a Dermalife.com Distributor using the section below, you are accepting that you understand and agree to abide by and adhere to these terms & conditions.

The Supply Line
As a Dermalife.com Distributor you will have access to our complete range of products at a substantial discount. It is up to you to find your own customers for the Dermalife.com product range, which is usually achieved through friends, family, local advertising, website or other methods. ('Spamming' or sending 'unsolicited commercial email' is not permitted under any circumstances).

The Cost
Once you have completed the form below we will register your details and send you to our on-line 'Distributor Supply Center' where you can purchase stock. Distributor orders are usually sent via recorded delivery and may require a signature upon delivery.
