Menu 3/. One cup of cereal with dash of skimmed milk + saccharine. Half a grapefruit.
Menu 4/. Two kipper fillets, 1 slice dry toast. 1 glass grapefruit juice.
Menu 5/. One yoghurt, 1 slice rye or crispbread lightly spread with margarine.
Menu 6/. One poached or boiled egg. 1 slice of toast and margarine. 1 glass orange juice.
Menu 7/. Three tablespoons of porridge made with water, a little milk and saccharine. 4-6 prunes or other stewed fruit sweetened with saccharine.
Menu 8/. Two small eggs scrambled with a little margarine. 1 slice of dry toast.
Menu 9/. Two heaped tablespoons bran cereal + 1 cup of milk.
Menu 10/. Smoked haddock, 1 slice of toast and margarine and half a grapefruit.

LUNCH MENUS:-
Menu 1/. Two tablespoons of cottage pie. 1 raw fruit.
Menu 2/. Two slices of cold meat with salad and low cal dressing. 1 raw fruit.
Menu 3/. Two (small) egg omelette filled with cheese ham and mushroom with salad. 1 raw fruit.
Menu 4/. Two (small) egg omelette with salad and dressing. 1 raw fruit.
Menu 5/. Cheese or ham roll. 1/2 pint beer or glass of wine.
Menu 6/. One slice ham sandwich. Small glass of milk.
Menu 7/. One cup of thickened soup. 1 bread roll.
Menu 8/. Two dry biscuits, 1 oz of cheese, 1 apple.
Menu 9/. Two frankfurter or weiner sausages, sauerkraut or other vegetables. 1 raw fruit.
Menu 10/. One glass milk shake. 2 dry biscuits.

DINNER MENUS:-
Menu 1/. One grilled lamb cutlet and vegetables. 1 plain yoghurt.
Menu 2/. Two slices roast beef and vegetables. 1 boiled or mashed potato. Stewed fruit.
Menu 3/. One slice of grilled liver, 1 rasher of bacon, 1 potato. Small portion tinned fruit.
Menu 4/. One grilled pork chop + apple sauce and vegetables. 1 raw fruit.
Menu 5/. Grilled plaice and vegetables. 2 dry biscuits and 1 oz cheese.
Menu 6/. Baked cod and vegetables. Small portion of jelly.
Menu 7/. Small grilled chop, small sausage, grilled kidney, tomatoes, mushrooms. No sweet.
Menu 8/. Two slices chicken/turkey, 1 potato and vegetables. Small sorbet.
Menu 9/. Two slices duck breast, small serving of sauce. Vegetables. Fresh fruit salad.
Menu 10/. One cupful stewed meat and vegetables. 1 potato. Stewed fruit or baked apple.
